Dr. A. Theja Reddy is the Head of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) at TKR College of Engineering and Technology (Autonomous), Hyderabad. He has over 18 years of teaching, research, and academic administrative experience in Electronics and Communication Engineering. He obtained his Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Patna, in 2024, specializing in VLSI Design. His research focused on Tunnel Field Effect Transistor (TFET)-based biosensors, semiconductor device modeling, hardware security, and device reliability.
The Department of ECE was established in 2002 with an intake of 60 B.Tech students. Department has expanded steadily over the last few years, the department presently offers B. Tech.
